At Flip n Organized, we are committed to delivering a seamless and efficient shipping experience. Please review the following information regarding our shipping procedures.

We offer nationwide delivery across New Zealand, including rural addresses.

• Free Shipping: Available for all orders over $220

   

  • Estimated Delivery Timeframes

    Flip n Organized Products

    South Island: 1–4 business days

    North Island: 1-3 business days

    Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days

    All Flip n Organized orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email.

    If your order contains a mix of Pretty Organised products and distributed brands, items may arrive in separate packages.

General Shipping Information

• Please ensure all delivery details provided are accurate. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect information.

• We are not liable for delays once the parcel is in the hands of the courier service, but we will do our best to assist with tracking and resolution.
